Guided visits

There are monitors for carrying out the visits in Catalan, Spanish, English and French.

To be able to carry out a visit of the highest quality and for reasons of security, the maximum number for the groups will be 23 people (per class). If the number is higher, the groups will be divided into smaller groups, and they will enter the museum 15 minutes apart.

Process for arranging a visit

1. Reserve day and time by e-mail, fax or telephone (0034) 933 104 516 from 11am to 5:30pm, at least 7 working days before the visit.
2. To make the payment (in the case of a guided visit) by bank transfer to the account of the Friends’ Association of the Museum 2100-1089-71-0200055066 always specifying the name of the centre that make the payment. For groups outside Spain, the account number is: IBAN ES29 2100 1089 7102 0005 5066 or BIC/CODIGO SWIFT CAIXESBBXXX.
3. Send the confirmation of the bank payment by e-mail or fax to (0034) 932 683 938, at least 24 hours before the visit.
